Cleverly done!!!
T'was the Month before Christmas
T'was the month before Christmas
When all throughour land,
Not a Christian was praying
Nor taking a stand.
See the PC Police had taken away
The reason for Christmas - no one could say.
The children were told by their schools not to sing
About Shepherds and Wise Men and Angels and things.
It might hurt people's feelings, the teachers would say
December 25th is just a ' Holiday'.
Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit
Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!
CDs from Madonna, an X BOX, an I-Pod
Something was changing,somethingquite odd!
Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa
In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.
As Targets were hangingtheir trees upside down
At Lowe's the word Christmas - was no where to be found.
At K-Mart and Staples and Penny's and Sears
You won't hear the word Christmas; it won't touchyour ears.
Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty
Are words that were used to intimidate me.
Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzer
On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton!
At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter
To eliminate Jesus,in all public matter.
And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith
Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace
The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded
The reason for the season, stopped before it started.
So as you celebrate 'Winter Break' under your 'Dream Tree'
Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.
Choose your words carefully, choose what you say
Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS,
not Happy Holiday!
Please, all Christians join together and
wish everyone you meet
MERRY CHRISTMAS
Christ is The Reason' for the Christ-mas Season!
If you agree pass it on!

I will trust in you LORD
I went to lunch today at the pizza place and on the way walking back to work thru downtown, a coworker and I went to cross the street and the light was green for the traffic we had to cross. I looked both ways and said to my coworker the coast is clear let's GO! A lady on the sidewalk heard what I said and proceeded to step out into the street saying " I will trust in you". I thought wow what a great thing to hear "I will trust in you". Dear LORD I trust you with everything that I am ! Have you given it all to the LORD ?

Economy
ACEC is at a critical juncture in their lobbying efforts on the transportation bill and need your help. The current extension of federal surface transportation programs and funding under SAFETEA-LU runs through September 30, 2011. Unless Congress acts before then, federal payments for highway and transit projects will cease, and the gas tax and other user fees supporting the Highway Trust Fund will lapse. Failure to extend federal surface transportation programs would be a devastating set-back for the economy and have drastic consequences for state and local transportation programs that rely on federal funds.
As we saw with the recent two-week lapse in FAA funding, we cannot take these “routine” extensions for granted. Extending the program is not only critical for ensuring that projects continue uninterrupted, but is a necessary step in providing Congress the time it needs to complete work on a new multi-year bill to replace SAFETEA-LU. ACEC has deployed its full lobbying resources in Washington on this issue, and they are working closely with a large coalition of industry partners to get Congress to act.
We now also need your help. Please take a moment to contact your House Members and Senators to urge them to take action in September to prevent the shutdown of critical highway and transit projects, as well as pass a new long-term program to address the nation’s surface transportation needs. Click on the link below and use KCI’s Political Action Center to automatically send an email to your Representative in the House and your Senators. This is a very important issue for KCI and the whole transportation industry. Now is the time to let Congress know how important it is to extend federal transportation funding and pass a bill establishing a new long term transportation program.
Thanks,

Matthew 28
He Is Risen
1 Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. 2 And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door,[a] and sat on it. 3 His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. 4 And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men.5 But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. 7 And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”
8 So they went out quickly from the tomb with fear and great joy, and ran to bring His disciples word.

Jesus Handed Over to Pontius Pilate
1 When morning came, all the chief priests and elders of the people plotted against Jesus to put Him to death. 2 And when they had bound Him, they led Him away and delivered Him to Pontius[a] Pilate the governor.Judas Hangs Himself

The Plot to Kill Jesus
1 Now it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, that He said to His disciples, 2 “You know that after two days is the Passover, and the Son of Man will be delivered up to be crucified.”3 Then the chief priests, the scribes,[a] and the elders of the people assembled at the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, 4 and plotted to take Jesus by trickery and kill Him. 5 But they said, “Not during the feast, lest there be an uproar among the people.”

The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins
1 “Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, 4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept.6 “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming;[a] go out to meet him!’ 7 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.
11 “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ 12 But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’
13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour[b] in which the Son of Man is coming.
